Turmeric Honey

Ingredients

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 tablespoons pure honey (preferably raw honey)

A pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Preparation: Make sure you use good quality turmeric powder and pure honey. Raw honey is preferred as it offers additional health benefits.

Mix: In a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 2 tablespoons of honey. Add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. The black pepper increases the bioavailability of the curcumin in turmeric, allowing your body to absorb it better.

Mix Thoroughly: Stir the ingredients thoroughly until they come together into a smooth paste.

Storage: Pour the mixture into an airtight jar or container. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably the refrigerator, to preserve freshness.
