Roast 10-12 Roma tomatoes, white onion, and garlic with olive oil, salt & pepper at 425 for 45 minutes.
Blend it and add seasonings to your liking.
(Parsley, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, etc. the possibilities are endless)
