Ingredients:
Jello (any flavor): 1 packet
Water: 1 cup (boiling), 1 cup (cold)
Vodka: 1 cup
Pop Rocks: several packets
Instructions:
Dissolve: Jello in boiling water, stir in cold water and vodka.
Pour: Into shot cups.
Chill: Refrigerate until set.
Top: Sprinkle Pop Rocks on top before serving.
